You’ll be participating in one-on-one training, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various modifications to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point. All that we ask, if that you come ready to work!
Our coaching staff has been trained and certified to work with expecting and postpartum moms. Every exercise movement will be safe and catered towards an expecting mamas needs and concerns.
