Our Teen Program is an excellent way to develop physical competence while giving teenagers a strong sense of self-worth and accomplishment. Each class follows a set structure and presents a series of challenging (but achievable) workouts, along with a group component that develops the skills they will need in adulthood, including team work, community, accountability and responsibility for results.
The focus of each class is how well our child moves, not how much or how fast. With is in mind, your child will be less likely to suffer from overuse injuries. CrossFit Second Wave can help any high school athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance and is a great supplement to their sport-specific training.
